We've tried to cover just about everything you need to know but inevitably, we may miss some things!

When is your SALE? 

We normally have a Summer sale (between June -July) and a Christmas sale (December) as standard. There may, however, be ad-hoc offers throughout the year. By joining the mailing list, you will be among the first to know when the sales are and what offers we currently have. 

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

​Yes! Orders over £100 will be subject to FREE delivery. 

How do I return an item? 

Please go to our Refund page where you will receive step by step instructions on how to return your item. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally (Worldwide). 

I haven't received my order?

There may be problem with the delivery service or we may not have received your order. Please contact us with your name, order number & email address and we will look into this for you and provide you with a speedy response. 

I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it after the order has been made? 

Unfortunately, all discount/offer codes must be placed at the time of order.

I've received the wrong order - what do I do?

Contact us immediately and explain the situation.  Please also provide your name, order number and email address. If you have a confirmation order email, please attach this as well.  Once we have investigated, we will either provide you with a refund or arrange for a return of the incorrect order and a re-delivery of the correct order. 

Where can I find a sizing chart?

Most items have been provided with size measurements when you select it. If you are unable to see your size or any size on the item you want, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
